The magic all began when Cassey, well known as @blogilates on social media, started breaking the rules. Fusing pop music together with her classical Pilates routines, the way Cassey melded the music to the mat was unlike anything the industry had seen before. Students began to crave her innovative choreography because it brought the fun back into working out! She decided to call it POP Pilates.
 
A known feisty damsel, Chloe will make you laugh and squirm at the same time with a fun yet grueling workout – POP Pilates! At a young age, she was an active school athlete representing track & field events, and also in golf. In 2015, she picked up boxing and trained as an amateur boxer at a boxing gym in Euston, London. An accomplished sportswoman and diligent instructor, Chloe is the 1st certified POP Pilates instructor teaching in Klang Valley and will definitely give you a great workout suitable for all fitness levels.

POP Pilates

 
POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer’s body.
The combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and the energy of music, results in an intense workout that is fun and effective. Students will be challenged to flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, while leaving no muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit your personal needs. You’ll leave feeling sweaty, strong and ready to take on more!
