Workshop Description:

Ethos and Mindset

Learning to have the right mindset to be on top of your game, be it work or life. We will educate you on how to have a better SMART goal-setting, building mental strength through imagery, and designing your own morning rituals.

Rethinking Core Training

Believe it or not core training is a lot more than just doing plank and crunches to get the “six pack abs” because it could be doing more harm than good to our spine. By understanding the core we will get to pick and choose the best exercise to train the “purpose (function)” and not be too focused on the “muscles (anatomy)” of it. In this workshop, you will learn the function of the core and explore a number of exercises for core stability that can be done in the gym or at home with minimal equipment such as a towel.
